Who: Sturgis Podmore & Alastor Gumboil
What: Sturgis is fixing Alastor's plumbing
When: Monday
Where: Alastor's house
Rating: Medium? Cursing and ogling.
Sturgis pursed his lips, trying to suppress his irritation. "Could you not stare at my ass while I do this?" he asked his client without bothering to turn around and look at him.
He'd spent an hour ordering Alastor around and cleaning up the mess in the kitchen before he could even consider getting to work. There'd been quite a bit of muttering and scolding in the process, which Sturgis had felt perfectly justified about. He knew Alastor, after all, even if he didn't know him particularly well; the man was only four or five years older than him and they'd both worked in the DMLE. He didn't feel he had to be polite to sensible people that he knew, who ought to be perfectly capable of turning off the water in a house and calling a plumber.
Now he was underneath the kitchen sink, trying to figure out the problem, and Alastor had perched himself in the kitchen, waiting for the verdict. This would be just fine if he was keeping himself occupied or even waiting to make himself useful, but Sturgis could feel Alastor's eyes on him. Just watching him. And since he was headfirst under a cupboard rooting around, there was really only one thing that Alastor could be watching.
