Who: Bex and Zoe Montgomery
When: August 31/Evening
Where: Their house
What: Sisterly bonding and packing
Rating/Status: Low-ish/Closed
Zoe flopped backwards onto her bed sending a shower of t-shirts, socks, robes, and other clothing raining down on top of her. Packing was something that should take all night so she was in no rush to do it. It was like a final goodbye to summer. That meant chocolate she told herself as she swiped the chocolate bar off her nightstand and bit into it. For a moment she let the chocolate melt in her mouth as she thought of nothing and everything while she listened to her sister pack her own belongings. They always spent the last night of their summer vacation together, packing.
"Too bad we're not of age and can't just charm this stuff to pack itself." She muttered to Bex as she chomped down again on her chocolate bar. Even if she was of age, Zoe would probably pack it all by hand as she liked her stuff to be just right. Everything had its specific place. "What should I wear to King's Cross?" She asked her sister absently as the thought crossed her mind. For the time being she sat comfortably in her pale pink tank, black shorts, and a pair of knee high socks (one pink and one black) warming her feet and legs. At home she was free to dress as crazy as she wanted which usually was just her mismatched knee socks.
"You never know what boys we'll see there..." She said finishing her previous thought. There were a few boys she would not mind impressing she thought as she tossed her bag containing her art supplies in her truck. For a moment she considered leaving her battered quidditch gloves at home and after thinking it about a minute she threw the old tattered pair in with her new ones. "I'm actually excited for quidditch this year... I might make the team." Or at least that is what Zoe thought as she tossed her arm pads and one of her tiny practice snitches in her trunk, giving her sister a chance to get her thoughts in.
