I know, Al. We did this. It's possible that it was my magic. It's possible that our magics just...don't work together? Does that mean Maybe it's the ring

Yeah, and your dad always blamed himself.

Voldemort and Crouch had always planned that Harry should win the tournament to bring Voldemort back to life. But your dad being who he was didn't think it was right to win alone since Cedric had always had his back, so Harry wanted them both to win.

And because of that, Cedric was killed. Even if Harry had the best intentions.

But the thing is, it really wasn't his fault. He was trying to do what he thought was right. And he had no way of knowing what could happen.

Mr. Potter, your magic is not corrupted. This is not your fault, at least not yours alone. I do intend to study how the magics of the different worlds blend to see if that contributed, but you can not put the blame on this on yourself or your power.

Absolutely not.

Albus, it could have been anything. It could have been one wrong pronunciation, the incorrect artifact used, the two magics blending. But no, I don't think you're broken in any way.
