The world is just becoming a mess. I feel like things have just gotten worse and worse this year and it's so hard to keep seeing the good in everything when things just keep getting darker and darker.

You're SORRY for what happened ~~to me~~ to my FAMILY? Nothing happened to my family. My worthless Father decided he couldn't control his anger again and decided taking it out on me someone else was a damn good idea. And to make it even more clear, even more blatant. My brother didn't leave - he went with my Father, that's one thing that stupid article should have made more damn clear. He decided that someone thinking attacking someone else was so damn righteous he went and god damn left with him.

And if your sister had such motives, she's perfectly capable of being an intelligent, sentient being and better explaining them herself rather than you coming in and white knighting Adrian. But that would require people maybe keeping their traps shut and their minds on their own business.

America is far too big, with far too few wizards compared to muggles to think they are all in danger. And there are many like our family who are not blood-obsessed. There aren't really enough pureblooded families who are. And Lady Nyx was defeated once before. Without her, this is just a flare-up is all.

As for Jackson and Vi, Jackson applied to school in London, so hopefully we'll be abroad for a couple of years while things settle down again. And you and Vi are safe here at Hogwarts for another year.
