I'm finding it hard to decide if it's a good idea to go back to school already because of the attack on the ministry. Dangerous things keep happening, and we may just be safer at home with our families, rather than at the school where one student has already died. My father says that this is reminiscent of some of the things that happened the last time Nyx appeared. We must be vigilant

[Private to Ben]

So think you want to ride with me on the train, or are you gonna be busy with your slytherin friends?

Sleep or not, you didn't pay attention either.

AND ONCE AGAIN I AM NOT RUNNING! I am saying that coming here may not be the best course of action because THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO MAKE IT SO! IT WAS NOT SAFE AND MAY NOT STILL BE. It's not as if I am fearful for no reason. SOMEONE DIED THERE AND THE KILLER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND!

Being cautious saves lives. Being knowledgeable saves lives, and just going because we're supposed to and if you're not makes you a coward just seems stupid!

Okay, sweetie. If you think so.

Awwww, I made the little Gryffindor angry. You've clearly never read any crime books. The first step after anything is to keep moving on with your life, don't change it just because someone else tried to because then they win. Do you really think that any time something bad happens people just have to pack it up and head home and just wait for results. Ridiculous. But hey, maybe I should keep my good advice for those worth giving it to.

Naive little Gryffindors who think caution serves justice or answers certainly aren't on that list.

So your suggestion is to go on blindly with our lives despite knowing that this wasn't an isolated incident. Because that's so intelligent as well. They tell you to be careful and on guard. And should this have been an isolated indicident, then I would be happy to agree with you, but we just had a major attack on the government. I'm saying that I think there should be precautions and security in place. I think we should be wary and rightfully so.

But please, feel free to go out and enjoy yourself, go for a walk in the evening and when we're mouring your life, I will even be kind enough not to say I told you so.

You really have no god damn concept of reading between the lines do you. You're so beyond hopeless.

I mourned my life 4 years ago. Oh I'll be enjoying myself, and I have a feel there won't be much mourning.

Reading between the lines usually suggests that you have double meanings to what you say, but most of it is insults and telling me that I am flat out wrong.

But actually that's kind of a sad thing to feel and think. Everyone should be mourned and honestly, I shouldn't have said that. I'm sorry for the comment and if anything happened, I would mourn you.

I only call it like I see it.

You know very little about what I feel or think.

Then you might be blind

You're right and I don't know, but I said how I would feel.

You make your own choices, with your own consequences.

I do. And I was not trying to cause more of an argument with what I said.

Merely my attempt at as neutral an observation as I am prone to.

ok, that was kind of funny At least you know that neutrality isn't in your favor?

I never claimed it was a good or heartfelt attempt.

I never said it was bad either. I'm just amused at the way you mention your lack of it. I'm not trying to make it a bad thing either, just that it's good you know that and it's amusing.
