Diggle certainly was surprised that he had been kidnapped and dropped in this places of all the places he could have been dropped in. He was used to a big city. This was the furthest thing from his normal routine. He was still getting used to the idea of having to speak in front of all those people. It wasn't that he was shy, it was just that it wasn't something he was used to. Of course the one upside ot being stuck here was that Felicity was here with him...and Oliver. It was nice to have friends...people he knew for sure that he could rely on. He certainly would do anything that he could for them as well, which is another reason he wanted to figure this place out quickly. He had to keep them safe. Sure Oliver could handle himself and Felicity was pretty determined as well, but a big part of him still felt like it was all on him to keep them safe. With those thoughts in his head he decided to go check on one of those friends. Of course as soon as he made sure she was safe he would also be sure to come up with a reason to check on Oliver too. He couldn't have either of them knowing just how much of a softie he really was. To those that knew the entire the truth he was really just a big teddy bear unless you messed with one of those people he cared about. He had managed to find some flowers to bring to Felicity....he wasn't sure why, but he had just wanted to bring them to her. He decided that logically it was because it might brighten up her tent. With his flower in his hand he made his way to her tent. He moved quicker than he usually did, but only because he was so anxious to see her. When he finally came upon her tent he called out lightly. "Felicity...". He wanted her to know it was him, because it just wasn't polite to barge right in. "You in there?" he asked, wanting to make sure. Someone else could be in there, and she could be out on a walk or something. That thought made him even more nervous, because it meant she would be alone. So, now he actually started to tap his foot. |
