Honestly, it all ended for me with Return of the Jedi. Like Mark Hamill has said numerous times, they had a beginning, a middle, and an end. That was enough. I would have been happy if they had actually done what was rumored when George commissioned the Thrawn trilogy and went forward with those books. The original cast was still young enough in 1991 to still play the parts even. But nope we get a bunch of shit that made no sense and I still don't understand that midicholrian BS. And for the record, I've always thought that Qui-Gon was Anakin's daddy and that he mind wiped Shmi so she didn't remember her Jedi Lovin' and then he faked her out with the midicholorian shit. Or maybe she had them too, who knows?

The only way that I would have considered Kylo being redeemed would be if it came through Leia (like Luke and Vader) but that can't happen now and I doubt there is enough unused footage to pull that off. Even at that, someone (I can't remember who) said that we don't know that Vader would have stayed on the Light Side, he died before we could find out. He might have gone right back to being a Sith for all we know.

I don't like that it's turning into the Kylo show. I want to know about the Resistance and if they win and please give me more of the characters I have come to like. I want more Finn, more of Rey's journey and Poe's too! I want Kylo to get tossed off that thing and into the ocean and never seen again.

Also I just want Luke to voice over the whole thing with occasional snippets of Carrie's voice. Because that would be worth my money. They could do an MST3K number on it. Carrie from beyond the grave. She would love that.
