Bea was used to the startled look she often got from people when she went ahead and invited herself into their day, so his bemused look did nothing to sway her smile, or hinder her friendliness. There was also the fact that he was handsome in a regal sort of way, and Bea had never been in a situation where a certain amount of pretty hadn't helped things along. Jostling the bag, she reached inside and produced the bottle of lemonade, never looking away from his smile, bright white and sort of dazzling on his face. Bea even considered swiping the bottle across her brow after she became aware of the fact that her face felt a little hot, but he was displaying manners and dammit, so could she.
"Hello yourself," she said, arching her brows a bit to go with her smile as she held out the bottle to him by the neck. "I'm all for you improving the scenery of my block, but I feel it's my duty as a good samaritan to see you properly hydrated if you're going to be working in the sun like this."
