I have been to the physio, I'm glad it worked for you too. It's definitely making a difference. Some of the things I do in the gym help strengthen my quads and the trainer there showed me a way to target the specific muscle but I need to keep upping it when I lose a bit more weight. I can legitimately complain about losing weight!
Calories are eeeevil; they group together and hide inside cake. It's nice to hear I'm doing better since the only time it feels like my diet is any good is when I compare it to my sisters! And did you see? I managed to loose 100g over the Eskimeet :P It still totally counts.
