Making Plans
Who: Lucie OT Azrael
What: Telling Azrael about her meeting
Where: Lucie’s bedroom in hell
When: After her meeting Willow
Lucie left Avarice and went home feeling energized. She reappeared in her castle and swept through the rooms until she found Azrael. He was sitting in her bedroom as per usual lately. She smiled and flopped down onto the bed next to him, still smiling and full of energy.
Ah, yes. As of late, the fallen angel was often seen with some book or tome in hand. Azrael was doing his part in search of the final Seal and while so far nothing of value came up, the search was proving interesting. At least for him.
He glanced to L as she flopped down beside him, noting her extra dark smile, which was contagious. Tossing aside his book, Azrael shifted to his side, propping his head up with hand and elbow. A finger reached out to trace the curve of her cheek, "That smile can mean only one thing."
"I found a new challenge." She told him with the same dark smile. She couldn't remember the last time she had felt this excited about the prospect of getting someone to sign over their soul to her.
The tip of his finger moved to the spot between her brows and trailed downward along the line of her nose, "Tell me." He said before leaning in to kiss her.
"I met a witch tonight." was the simple answer, as she kissed him back.
Azrael arched a brow, his arm sliding around her waist to pull her closer, "Let me guess...she's a goody two shoes."
She smiled as he pulled her closer. "Only very and she's powerful too, most I've seen in a long time." She told him.
"Ah, even better." Azrael chuckled, pushing a lock of L's hair behind an ear. A powerful witch usually meant a powerful soul, the best kind to acquire. "What’s your plan?"
"Well I'm thinking of possibly befriending her first, you know kind of gain her trust first, and find out what she wants most and just how high her price is, because they all have a price they're willing to pay."
"Hm..." The fallen angel traced the contours of her lips while asking, "Do you want company? I could use a break." Glancing to the book at the foot of the bed as he said this.
"It'd be a nice change of pace." She smiled again and kissed him.
Azrael sighed, albeit a little tiredly, "Yeah..." His fingers absently played with a lock of her hair, "While I thoroughly enjoy reading...even I need a break from books." The fallen angel chuckled.
"Good then go get ready; we’re going to go have a chat with a witch." She smiled yet again; she’d been doing it a lot more than she normally did since meeting Willow.</i>
