Sinclair winced a little, rubbing finger to the brow over eye. Civilian traffic control... A battlefield unto itself. "If they estimated a couple, I'd up that to five," she advised with cynicism.
As the elevator continued its ascent, Sinclair's own command was starting to register much the same thing. She had left it in good hands.
It just wouldn't be enough.
