Closing her eyes, biting back the frustration, Lexi pulled back and found her glass of wine. Half the bottle gone and Lexi was already wishing she'd brought more. "I'm not the goddamn Sphinx, Elaine. There really isn't all that much to know. And it isn't going to all come out in one evening." She took a drink and leaned back against the wall, considering her. "Maybe I should go.
