Summary: Belvina lets Regulus know of Harry's death.
Belvina had received the paper in the morning, as usual, and could not miss the article proclaiming the death of Harry Potter. Whilst she wasn't from the current day, she had read up on her history and knew well enough that he had been the nemesis of this Voldemort for quite some time. Since he was a baby, in fact.
She acted fast, not giving herself time to doubt anything or check with others. If this was true then people at Hogwarts needed to know and fast. She wasn't sure if they even received copies of the paper within the castle and she knew for a fact that the Potters and the Weasleys were in there. And that Regulus and Sirius, by marriage, were related to them.
Regulus,
How are you? I'm sorry to skip the formalities of a usual missive but this is somewhat urgent. I cannot be sure if you get the Daily Prophet at Hogwarts or not but I thought you should see this article about Harry Potter's death and have sent it in great haste. It says that they have his body on view at the atrium at the Ministry of Magic so I am assuming it is not a false statement of bravado.
Nobody deserves to find out from a newspaper that one of their family is dead. I know Sirius is with Harry's eldest. Please make sure they find out in a compassionate way.
Fondly,
Belvina
Calling a house-elf, she told it to take the paper to Regulus and return quickly, only waiting to see if there was a return message or not. She also ordered it not to be seen by anybody else. The last thing she wanted to do was get the Notts in trouble and yet the urge to try and help was there nevertheless and she couldn't ignore it. If Regulus and Sirius considered the Potters family then, like it or not, they were her family too.
