Sirius only stopped pouting at Lily when she admitted defeat and he grinned. "Why thank you very much." He chuckled. He loved Lily, he loved that she wasn't afraid to tease him, nor was she afraid to be teased right back in return. And despite those few weeks when he'd decided he'd absolutely hated her, when James had set his sights on winning her heart, not even he had been able to keep it up. She really was a good match for his friend.
He arched an eyebrow at her, as she managed a completely straight-faced account of what they would spend their evening doing, though she didn't have it in her to keep it up it seemed. "And I almost believed you for half a second - honestly Lils, you have to learn the power of a straight face." he reminded her. "Besides we all know that I'd ravish you on the kitchen counters before I moved to the table."
The power of Lily Potter's glare had very few rivals, but luckily for Sirius she didn't really mean it. "Oi!" He called after her as she raced passed him on the stairs following after her.
He was laughing when they reached the kitchen though and nodded. "Yes dear." He smirked and opened a few cabinets before he found the plates, and then a few drawers to find forks and things. He could have summoned it all he was sure, but he liked getting in Lily's way.
