Remus just smiled when Regulus groused about removing the word 'brunch' from the dictionary, knowing he wouldn't have caught on quite yet to the fact Remus had postponed his brunches with Harry indefinitely. He waited patiently, still smiling warmly as the other man took his time reading the letter, though he had to tease just a little. "Of course I have to court you. How else can I excuse my forays into Romanticism?"
His arms went Regulus when Regulus hugged him, one hand cradling his lover's head gently as whispered words confirmed for him that he had done the right thing. When Regulus pulled back, Remus chuckled. "No, no overkill of distraction, just enough food for two...when one has my appetite at this time of the month."
Running a finger lightly down Regulus' nose before placing a kiss on the tip, his own smile brightened. "Better be careful telling me that. I'm going to want to see more of them, if they're free. Now, you have your choice of basically any food you can imagine on that table and a willing hand to serve and feed you to your heart's content. Where would you like to start?"
