Summary: Bailey moves into another Weasley house
It had been a nice holiday at home, but when the day came for Bailey to move into Mr. George and Mrs. Angelina's house, she was both nervous and excited at the same time. Nervous because she wouldn't be with her sister anymore, and she would have to learn the rules and dynamics of a new household, and excited because now there was so much more room for her to explore outside, she was staying with students her own age, and she was close to the Burrow. She liked the eldest Mrs. Weasley a lot. . . and Fred was there.
Her mother had bought a Portkey to take her whole family to The Meadows to help bring all of Bailey's things, though there was only a trunk and a suitcase for them to unpack. Bailey wanted to do most of the unpacking herself, however, get everything the way she wanted it, so as soon as her things were unloaded into her room and the two families had met one another, she hugged her mother, father, and little sisters goodbye before seeing them out and back to the Portkey.
"You alright?" Angelina asked the young girl when she came back in the house.
Bailey nodded. "Yes ma'am," she said, giving her a wane smile as she reached down to pick up Tessa, who had been rubbing her leg. "Thank you for letting me stay here, and for letting me bring Tessa."
"Not at all," Angie said with a smile. "We're happy to have you. Just let us know if you need any help unpacking or settling in."
"Absolutely," Bailey said, returning the older woman's smile. She thanked her again before heading to her room and sitting on the bed. Her trunk was open on the floor at the end of the bed and she stared at it She needed to unpack, but instead, she flopped back on the pillows and stroked her cat, who laid calmly on her stomach.
