Jamie was feeling better, and unfortunately boredom was setting in. He was seriously tempted to get the hell out of this place already. He wondered if they would even let him, and more importantly how much screaming there would be afterwards. One emotional scne per year was more than enough, thank you very much, and he and his father had already done more than one. He was good with avoiding another one. Still he needed something to do.

He put his shoes on and went to Sirius' room. He knocked on the door and went inside at the enter. He was too bored for etiquette and lay down on the couch, putting his head on Sirius' lap, just like he would have done with Dylan or Craig. "I'm bored. I'm bored and they don't let me do anything. We need to find a way to sneak out of the house. Do you think Kreacher can help us?"

"Don't. You can't be that, and you'll make yourself miserable trying. You're not thirty-four and he's not fourteen. He's forty-four and... and a hero, Head Auror, father, husband." He smiled at Sirius. "Enjoy your life. You didn't the first time, but you have the chance now."

He glared at Sirius but his expression softened when Sirius said that he'd played well. "No marks there, and no, I wasn't brilliant, but thanks anyway. As soon as I'm better, we'll show them just how well we can kick their arse, even with Dad catching the snitch."

James hadn't expected the kiss, but it was just what it would expect from Sirius: unplanned, spontaneous and insane. He smiled, because he had been teasing, but that sounded like a challenge to him, and he liked challenges. He moved lighting quick, and straddled Sirius' lap. "Then show me," he said before crushing their lips together.

Sirius sighed, James was right - Harry had lived his life and he'd turned out brilliantly, better than he'd ever thought possible for him when they'd all been younger. "Oh I'm sure I enjoyed some parts of my life the first time, not as much as I would have liked, but I bet there were good parts, even in those later years." There had been Harry after all.

"Okay maybe not brilliant." Sirius allowed. "But you weren't at your full potential this weekend, I think we could all see that - but I think when you're well we will definitely come out on top."

And then James was in his lap, moving faster than he thought he would have been able after everything and yet he shouldn't have been surprised when instead of backing down James pushed back, just the way he would have. And he could stop this, he wasn't that completely out of his mind just yet - but he wasn't ready to back down yet. And so when James pressed their lips together he put his hands on his waist pulling them closer and kissing him.

"I'm sure they were, but you get to do them again," he said. "You're young and free, and you're famous. I bet you can have anything and anyone you want now," he added with a grin.

James nodded. He didn't even mind lying with Sirius. They were just deluding themselves. "Yeah, when I'm better we'll play."

He didn't know if Sirius was just humouring or he refused to look like a coward, but Jamie wasn't really one to spend time thinking when he could be doing something. He gripped Sirius' shoulders, sinking into the kiss, because this was the one thing that he had done with a man, and felt comfortable. He nipped Sirius' lip, before licking it gently, and then pulled back. "Is that a good answer?"

Sirius laughed. "Well when you put it that way, I guess I do need to get out there and live more." He grinned. "Though I think even with these marks you could have anyone you wanted too."

"I'm going to hold you to that, Potter." He grinned, he knew James was convinced he was going to die, and honestly Sirius didn't have a clue where to even start to help him, but he had always been good at hope and lies when they were needed.

It had been far too long since he'd kissed anyone like this, kissed anyone at all, and having James there in his lap it was just another reminder of how much he'd missed it. And it was easier not to think about how stupid this was and just focus on the kiss. He smirked when James pulled back. "Not bad for starters." He leaned up kissing James again. "Still teasing?"

James laughed. "I can get a lot more than I want. I never had a problem with getting the girls. I just don't want half of them."

He looked at Sirius and nodded. "You're so on. I'll show that I can put you and your Jamie to shame. I'm that good." He grinned back, because they were too stubborn to back down even in the face of an hex that could kill him.

He smiled a little, and traced Sirius' lips with his fingers. "I'm not teasing, but this is as far as I've ever gone with a bloke. I can do the starter, but not sure about the rest." He kissed Sirius again, and just enjoyed the feeling and stopped worrying for a few moments.

"Oh to be young and have to deal with all the girls wanting you." He teased with a laugh. "I'm sure you handle that with skill as much skill as you do everything else."

He arched an eyebrow smirking. "Oh I don't know, Jamie and I are quite the pair." He grinned. "I'm not sure you're going to be up to it even when you're back to full capacity."

This was not all the way he'd imagined things going when James and turned up in his lap earlier. "Well." Sirius decided pressing another slow kiss against James' lips, the kissing - the kissing he could deal with. He'd need to do more of this later, with Jamie or not. "When you are sure about the rest, you let me know and I'll walk you through it." He smirked. "Or you just need a snog."

"Yes or my father," he said laughing, "but yes I'm good at dealing with that too."

He smiled. "You know now I really have to find a way to beat this so I can get my team back and show you just how good we are," he said nipping his way up Sirius' jaw, sucking on his lobe, before looking at his with a wicked grin on his face. "You'll face total humiliation."

James returned the kiss not sure what Sirius was saying. It was just easier when they were dares instead of questions. "I didn't come here for a snog." He hadn't come here for a shag too, but they had gotten to this point anyway. "Do you want to? Because if you do, then we do it." He sounded so sure, even thought he had no idea what he was saying, but hell, he might not even live long enough to get another chance and he did trust Sirius to keep his mouth shut. Maybe not the base of a love affair, but he wasn't looking for true only, only a shag.

"Yes I think you will." Sirius agreed, losing track of his thought for just a moment when James started nipping at his jaw and up to his earlobe. "I don't know, you haven't seen Jamie and I really working together yet." He warned without the right sort of oomph behind it.

"What did you come here for?" Because he doubted James came here for a shag either - he may have been bored but he doubted he'd intended to come for this either. James sounded like he really did want this, and he'd given him several chances to back down already, and Sirius wasn't sure he wanted to give him another out - or to be the responsible one here.

Rather than answer he pulled James closer and arched his hips up against him letting him feel what he'd done to him already before he claimed his mouth again, this time sweeping his tongue forward and pressing into his mouth taking in the warm heat of him before he pulled back. "No more teasing, dares, or challenges. Is this what you really want?"

"Fine, you can show off and I still can kick your arse," he said, chuckling, because it wasn't exactly the same thing as trading insults with the Slytherin team, feeling the urge to kill them. He was feeling a lot different here.

He shrugged the question off. "I was bored and I like you." He didn't think it was that complicated. He liked to spend time with Sirius. He was fun and they understood each other, and things were easy.

James froze as their crotched came into contact. "I guess we'll see about that, won't we?" Sirius laughed easily. And that was the thing, he didn't even know James that well and yet it was easy with him, laughing and teasing one another. Hell even the snogging was easy to do and it'd be so easy to just take that next step.

And that was all he needed to stop thinking about how stupid this was, that this was Harry's son, Jamie's grandson. It was easier then to focus completely on the warm weight in his lap and the way he practically ached with want now.

He pulled James back down covering his lips with his own again biting his way back into his mouth, taking his time now that he had an ultimate goal in mind. Rolling his hips up against James now as he kissed him, and sliding a hand from James' waist where they'd been resting since James had ended up in his lap to his arse, squeezing.

There were a lot more challenges to be thrown around, but then Sirius was kissing him again and he gasped at the feel of teeth, granting him entrance, their tongues sliding against each other, and then oh, there was that contact again, and he made a small sound at the back of his throat. Girls didn't do that, didn't grab his arse either, but it felt nice, better than nice.

He rocked his hips tentatively, while his breathing was harsh against the silence of the room. "Nice," he murmured against Sirius' lips.

Sirius snorted. "I doubt that, there are only a few things I regret and I can't imagine kicking your arse in quidditch will ever be one of those things."

He pulled James closer as he arched beneath him, pressing himself against him. It was good, better than he'd remembered it being - but it had been years. Years since he'd kissed anyone like this, since he'd had someone against him like this, moaning into his mouth. There weren't going to be any more hesitations here.
