Mr Nott,
I’m sure you’ve already been informed about the return of Voldemort. The Aurors on duty will be in my office after their shift is over in case you’ll need to speak to them.
The information I have so far is that he returned very young, but Bentley, Cunningham and Houghton will be able to provide you with more information once they arrive.
I’ve informed the Minister as well.
Harry Potter,
Head Auror

Minister,
I regretfully have to inform you that this morning, around seven o’clock, Voldemort became the fifth person to return to life. The Aurors on duty will be in my office later today to give their full statements. Mr Nott and all Aurors have been informed of events as well.
A drawing of what he looks like at present will be circulated to all Aurors regardless of assignment and I will send a copy to Ollerton’s office as well to be circulated amongst the Hit-wizards.
I want permission for the killing curse to be used on sight with Voldemort, before he has the chance to create any new Horcruxes to replace those destroyed.
Respectfully,
Harry Potter,
Head Auror

To all Auros,
I’m sure you’ve all heard the rumours by now, and unfortunately this time the rumours are unfortunately true. We are indeed facing a situation where Voldemort is one of those returned from the dead.
Naturally extreme caution is to be upheld should any of you encounter him, but at the same time as I would warn each and every one of you from underestimating him, I would warn you about overestimating him. He is a man. You can and should speak his name, be it Voldemort or Tom Riddle. Do not see him as invincible or he will get the upper hand before you ever engage him, but do not engage him alone unless you have to.
A drawing of the way he looked on return will be circulated later today, and I hope by then to have further details and instructions for you.
Harry Potter,
Head Auror
