Eve had to agree with Elliot even though she hated just sitting back and wait to see what happens. Acting like everything was fine was something Eve didn’t want to do but it seemed to be her only option. She nodded at Elliot and then gave her phone number to him. They would have to keep in touch and a meeting with the others as soon as possible was a great idea. Eve was almost certain Isabelle would know what to do, or so Eve hoped so. Eve bid Elliot goodbye as he left the two of them

Eve returned the hug to Ezra and gave him a little nod. At the moment Eve just wanted to be alone, there wasn’t anything Ezra could do to help her but the offer was still generous of him.

“I will Ezra…” Eve trailed off knowing this was a good time to depart. “And Ezra you keep me up to date encase anything happens to you or your foster parents… I think we’ll be fine for now until we meet with the others.” Eve added knowing her statement wasn’t entirely true. If the demons wanted to attack them anytime soon there was nothing they could do and they definitely weren’t prepared for any attacks. “Take care Ezra” Eve said before she headed back to her car as she tried to figure out what the next few days were going to be like.
