For as much anticipation as today had brought to everyone involved, the ceremony seemed to just fly bye. Patrick stood at the front of their family and friends and waited for the moment where he would finally get to see the woman he proclaimed that he was going to marry when they were eleven walk down the isle. As anxious as he was a grin was plastered all over his face as he watched the groomsmen leading the bridesmaids down the isle, and by the time the last pair had taken their places Patrick could hear his heart beating in his ears. But when the music changed and Isabella walk down the isle holding her bouquet, he was sure that he stopped breathing, and he was pretty sure he heard his jaw hit the floor. Thankfully by the time that she arrived next to him he managed to compose himself. And once Patrick took a hold of his bride's hand he didn't let go for the entirety of the ceremony. They exchanged their vows, and before they knew it the man preforming the ceremony had introduced them as Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Macmillan and that he could kiss the bride. Well, feeling more like his old goofy self, Patrick picked up Isabella, kissed her and even gave her a little spin in his arms, laughing all the while, thinking that he was quite possibly the luckiest man on the planet right now.

When the reception rolled around, Isabella was on cloud nine. Her shoes were sitting somewhere by the head table, her feet were feeling so much better now that they weren't pinched by the freaking adorable heels she'd borrowed from Sydney. A glass of champagne in her hand, Isabella watched as the guests danced, and Patrick made an attempt at 'working the crowd.' She smiled, and spotted her best friend, standing in a similar manner across the way. She gave Sydney a wave and blew her a kiss before charging into the crowd to find her husband, so they could cut the cake.
