Plot Weeks 19 - 21

Week 19-21 - Plot Post estimated timeframe 8 June - 28 June    Mod availability; • I should be reasonably available on AIM for ~6 hours a day and available via email or text the rest of the time. If you are texting me, please consolidate your messages so you don't waste my texts. "Hi" "How are you" "I have a question" "lol" in four different texts will irritate me a lot. I have a presentation on Monday the 16th, so next weekend I will probably be somewhat scarce, or working on my ppt at the same time. Mod Goals for May; • Work on Hogsmeade/Diagon shop descriptions (any volunteers to take 1-3 descriptions and help out?) • Set up Blurred_Lines spell post    - canon spell list + specifications determined in game    - game canon spell list (take suggestions from players)  Mod Goals for June; • Don't go crazy • New character integration Activity Check; • Will take place on the 14th, after apps close. All characters will be required to have one journal or log between 1 June and 14 June. Main characters should have one log (minimum). Order Plot; • Getting better, but we really need the Order to step up on activity. Claudie had a few good ideas about this, and I'd like to see everyone else contributing some ideas to how the Order can get into the thick of things. Major plot events the next 2 weeks; Muggle World • None of note   Game • Sunday [6/8] Daily Prophet article - Edgar Bones's & family dead / Murder proof that Cygnus Black a death eater? • Monday [6/9] Wizengamot approves the family safe zones as public opinion surges (thanks to Gilderoy Lockhart's article). DMLE members enlisted to help families move. Ministry press release: because of the difficulties the recent curfew might cause, the ministry is offering aid to those with documented proof of homelessness (documentation must be acquired before aid will be given). Minimal compensation will also be provided for businesses that operate primarily at night if the business can prove that the floo network is not an adequate means of transportation. Rodolphus assigns various young death eaters to surveillance of prominant ministry officials. [4-8 Georgina, Severus, Evan, Alecto] • Tuesday [6/10] Order training plot: given the general lack of direction for the order lately, Moody will more vehemently suggest the kids begin working more actively toward transforming the centre for adult learning into an order training facility. He will delegate order members to complete the tasks necessary for this goal. Fenrir reports his plans to attack Abe to Rodolphus or the Dark Lord. • Wednesday [6/11] Death Eater Meeting: with the paranoia rising about Georgina's attack, the Dark Lord has come up with the simplest solution: all death eaters are to report to a secret location upon this day, midnight, where he will go through their memories and thoughts for anything out of the ordinary. Few, if anyone, has the skill to perform occlumency well enough to lock out the Dark Lord, so any secrets will come to the surface as well (though they will remain with Voldemort). • Thursday [6/12] Under Moody's orders, [Lily] and [Andromeda] approach the head of the adult learning centre to discuss holding special classes there. Brush up on your propaganda skills, ladies and gents, and figure out a way to make the training seem unsuspicious. Late [~3a], Aberforth is attacked by Aaron and Tabitha, two werewolves in Fenrir's new army, to find out what information he's been getting from his friend (the vampire Rhisiart). Agnes is kept busy upstairs by Severus, who has been ordered to use her for information by the Dark Lord. NEWTs begin • Friday [6/13] Marlene & Riley's birthdays. Rookwood reports Aloysius Croaker's progress with the time turner experiments. Voldemort orders that he be approached for their cause. Rookwood sent back to glean information about his political leanings and thoughts on the media (to decide who would be ideal for the job). • Saturday [6/14] ACTIVITY CHECK APP POST CLOSES • Sunday [6/15] Safe zones officially opened for population. Meaghan McCormack invited into the order • Monday [6/16] Wizengamot passes a measure proposed by Barty Crouch Sr to make the restricted substance polyjuice potion fully illegal. All major ingredients are restricted and may not be sold together, and all apothecaries, alchemists, and potioneers must immediately destroy their stock (with minor compensation from the government). Anyone discovered in possession of or under the influence of polyjuice potion will be immediately arrested, subject to up to five years imprisonment in Azkaban. Daily prophet article on the opening of the safe zones and the banning of the polyjuice.[Betty], [Smith] • Tuesday [6/17] Rookwood assigns a death eater to the task of gaining Croaker's confidence. [Barty Crouch Jr ] • Wednesday [6/18] A rash of murders of various ministry officials. Narratives from 4-8 death eaters [Lucius, Barty, Graley, Evan, Rabastan] Full moon results in a mass of werewolf attacks across the country; though too spread out for an official report (especially when the ministry is busy with the deaths of the officials), Ted Tonks reports to the order (since he was not obliviated after his torture session and knows this information is important). • Thursday [6/19] In a desperate attempt to find the killers, a slew of suspects are arrested, including [Rodolphus], [Marius], [Lucius], [Gideon], [Remus].
