Percy smiled back at Penny and returned her hug, albeit a bit awkwardly due to the packages he was holding.
"It's good to see you to," he replied, still smiling. "You weren't kidding about living in a flat made of boxes," Percy said, picking his way carefully through the stacks. He could only assume that she had a lot more things than he had when he had moved. It had only taken him half a weekend to get unpacked and organised. From the looks of this lot, it could have taken Penny a long time on her own.
Percy did as he was told and made his way over to the sofa, remembering the present he had brought as he sat down. "I hope you like red wine," he said, passing Penny the bottle. "It's a sort of welcome back-flat warming present."
