In multiple dimensions, Harry Potter is a hero, the destroyer of Voldemort, the one who lived up to the many expectations people had of him.

In some dimensions, he's an orphan, abused and unloved by neglectful relatives. In some of those, he isn't a hero as he gives into the darkness in his heart and becomes one of Voldemort's most trusted followers.

In a few dimensions, he lives happily with his parents and only becomes a hero after their violent murder when he is nearly an adult.

In all dimensions, Harry's greatest love and soul mate is one Severus Snape.
