Neville looked at the sheet of paper in near shock as he remembered all those years of doubt. How he'd absorbed his family's fear that he may be a squib and how he'd believed for a while that he was nothing.

And yet here he was with his two masteries in Herbology and Defense.



Grinning he walked up to the man who'd helped him find the confidence in himself, the man who'd told him that he was worth 12 of Malfoy, and he kissed his husband.

Harry's return kiss told him that his husband was more than up to celebrating.

Neville was terrified. He felt more like he was facing Professor Snape's potions classes back at Hogwarts, rather than telling the man he loved how he felt.

He'd owled the flowers in the weeks leading up to Valentines day: acacia, apple blossom, berrirose, coriander, gladiolus, honeysuckle, thornless roses, rosemary, red and purple tulips.

He knew that the recipient, received the book, he'd begged Hermione to deliver.

Soon he'd know the meaning of the flowers and then he'd know that he'd always possessed Neville's heart?

A very familiar owl delivered a phlox plant to him and Neville grinned at Harry's reply.
