Katie had heard. Hell, Katie had seen, and once she'd helped the professors sort things out in the Great Hall and herded the children back to their commons, she'd decided to come check in on Lily.
The odds were good that since it was Bellatrix ... it wasn't going to be anything pretty, or simple.
"Harry," she greeted him softly as she slipped inside, reaching out to squeeze his shoulder lightly. "I'll go have a look?" she inquired as she glanced to Ashley. She didn't think the healer would be out here if there was anything more she could do for her.
She brushed a hand over Ginny's hair. "I'll fix her all right," she promised, and hoped she could follow through on that. Nodding to the others in the room, Katie slipped past them to go see what she could do about LilyLuna.
"She," Lily corrected. She'd simply assumed the Defense professor would be a male, and that, she realized, was sexist of her. Lily thought she'd wait; if Katie could fix it, there was no need to drag Severus out here.
Moving to join the rest of her family, she rubbed Harry's back gently. "If ... if she can't work it out, I'll send a message to him," she assured her son quietly.
