Pansy looked at Harry sheepishly. 'Oh,' she said, her eyes twinkling with surpressed amusement. 'Well, it sounded good!' she told him, starting to laugh. 'Although, I'm sure Polly wouldn't like it. She doesn't seem to take being thwarted very well,' Pansy laughed again.
'You know, I hadn't thought of that,' Pansy admitted. Brooms flew. She didn't tend to think about the charms and spells that made them do that. It could just have easily been that there were charms and spells on brooms to make them clean instead of fly, after all. 'I could just buy the one Miles showed me,' she said. 'I guess once Polly is older, she could learn to fly on it....' Pansy wasn't sure she wanted to think about her daughter being old enough to fly on her own.
Pansy looked at Harry, thinking he must have lost his mind. Not like parties? That was insane! 'Don't you like being with your friends?' she asked.
She shrugged. It wasn't so much that she particularly wanted to give the Weaslette a party. She just wanted the girl good and married. And away from Harry. 'Usually, you give newlyweds something for their home. Or sometimes something romantic they can share....'
