Who: Teddy Lupin (parallel) and Open What: Bringing in the wounded When: (BACKDATED) Sunday, march 22, early afternoon Where: FLORIDA HOSPITAL MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER
This place looked like a warzone. People running, screaming, and far more destruction than he wanted to consider as people panicked. As usual, there were those trying to help—those who ran head first into the battle—and those who were trying to take advantage of the pandemonium. Reporters. Even here they were getting in the way as they tried to record all the carnage and chaos. Even here, it seemed, they had no respect for boundaries or safety, as they were as likely to get in the way and hurt as they were to get a great shot. Teddy was with the police force trying to set up a perimeter.
His post was abandoned in favor of rescuing another reporter getting a little too close to one of the red, lava looking blobs. Teddy had managed to vanquish it after an extensive use of ice and explosive charms. The demon, however, had already managed to harm the civilian. She had burns on her back, side and leg. Pulling his wand forth again, Teddy cast some water charms to try to stop the burning. It wasn’t the first time he smelled cooked flesh like this. He was thankful, however, that this time he could do more than just act like a muggle. For all this world’s faults and lack of magic, the ability to operate more openly was a gift.
Unfortunately, Teddy’s healing magic was quiet limited. He could, mostly, stabilize the woman but he could do little for the extensive burns and their complications. He looked around for the nearest EMT or paramedic. They were all tied up with people… or worse, stuck in traffic.
“Hold on tight.” He told the woman and prayed. Hopefully this wouldn’t make things worse.
One moment they were in the street, and the next they were in the bustling center of the emergency room.
“I NEED SOME HELP!” he yelled, “Burn along her legs, back and arms.”
