Who: AUJace Wayland and Damien Thorn
When: Recently
Where: Misbehavin' (to start at least)
What: Jace heard an interesting rumor about one of the employees and is curious
Warnings: TBD
Jace had put on his leather gear before heading out, letting people assume he was heading out for a patrol if they wanted. He wasn't - he'd promised no more solo patrols when he'd been confronted with them and he was going to keep his promise. He just felt more comfortable wearing his gear when he went out at night. Just in case he did run into any trouble. He told Alec he was heading out for a walk, and that yes he had his phone and blades just in case. He'd call if he ran into anything.
He'd heard that the adult store in Daytona had an interesting selection of things. But more than that it had a cute clerk with dark hair who was supposed to be a flirt and if all the talk he'd heard could be believed - had a tendency to leave with some of the customers at times. That was definitely something he wanted to check out. The shop was easy enough to find and he laughed to himself at the name. It was very fitting without being too obvious, kids wouldn't be able to tell what they sold in there just by looking at the sign. He blamed Ty being in the house for why he was suddenly so worried about what all kids got exposed to.
He opened the door, stepping inside and looking around him. Not exactly like the stores he'd visited back home but he saw a few things he was familiar with. And the further he moved into the store, some that he definitely wanted to try. He heard someone else moving nearby and his instincts kicked in as he reached into his pocket, fingers closing around his sensor as he looked around, stopping himself from pulling it out. Not everything, not everyone, was a threat and while the sensor itself wasn't a weapon, it just told him if there were any downworlders in the area, he didn't want to know if there were any in the shop. He turned his head to look around him, eyes falling on an attractive guy about his age with dark hair. Well at least one part of the rumor was accurate. Now to see if any of the rest of it was.
He smiled at him, eyes moving casually over the other man's face and body, checking him out as subtly as possible before speaking. "Hey," his eyes glanced at the other's name tag briefly. "Damien." He didn't say much but there was a friendly, bordering on flirty, note to the way he said the name. Easy to overlook if Damien wanted too.
