Shiloh tugged her hand away from the button, and he pushed it himself, watching as the button lit up for his touch. He looked over at her, and he intended to ask her what was wrong again, but his vision hazed and went unfocused.
"The parapet shelters that which you seek, while Little changes."
He blinked, focusing back in, unaware that he'd spoken, and he pushed the elevator button again. "Does this have anything to do with Aaron?" he asked, because Aaron hadn't spoken since Shiloh had gotten him back into the apartment. In fact, Shiloh had been heading out to buy some orange juice, in the hopes that it would make him feel better. He'd assumed Aaron was sick, but maybe he'd been wrong.
