His voice came through the sound of her own sobbing and it didn't surprise her. She'd heard him when she lost her job after all - when she'd first become Christine. It made her cry harder and she began to shake from her spot on the kitchen floor. Of course he would come now, when everything was horrible, and she'd only feel worse.
