Peter appreciated a good meal, and even though the sticky bun was just to stave off a sweet tooth before he settled in for some zombie killing, it was easily the best meal he'd had all day.
He shook his head, "Iris my ex turned into a vampire a few nights ago, I'm a little over extreme," he said honestly. And while he felt like he had invade something very personal of hers, he was also glad he could help. "I'm glad I could help, honestly." He didn't want to elaborate at least not here in a public place like this. They both knew what had happened, and that's all that really mattered. "And I meant what I said," he mentioned before taking another drink of his coffee. He didn't want her to think that because he was suddenly real, her invitation was somehow rescinded.
