"I am certain." There were things he'd grown less certain of, lately, such as whether he could be sure of his own motives in removing criminals anymore. Vlad was not one of those things. He didn't comment on who had given him the right to decide Vlad needed to die. It didn't deserve an answer. If no one else was willing to do it, then naturally it fell to him. Or Aiden, of course. Really, he should get the opportunity first.
