Boyd gave the driver directions, and she turned in the seat to squeeze Hannah's fingers reassuringly. "I wanted to know if they were the same person. See, Daniel was callin' them out, and Daniel can't defend a fly, and then there was Nick. Someone got his address for me, and I e-mailed him. It didn't do much good, though. I don't think I impressed him much," she admitted with a frown. "But I don't think he had anything to do with the woman, so that means neither of them were the anonymous, right? It's gotta be someone else altogether that's havin' folks do this to people," she reasoned thoughtfully.
"And Nicky'll come with us. He's just gotta," she said as the car weaved in and out of traffic.
