Hunter laughed too, enjoying the melodic sound of the boy's voice. It was pleasant, soft, perhaps not musical he admitted,but he could have listened to it for hours. Although he probably wouldn't have got any work done in that time.
"Well, let's go take a look at it, shall we?" He said, smiling still. He knew that he had a long list of things to do that day, but for some reason the offer of more time with the young man made him forget that list, and he had to be honest with himself, how often did he give himself the oppertunity to be sociable? "I'm sure it's not permanently broken, just needs some tightening of screws and maybe a bit more water in the radiator. Europeans don't tend to put enough in, you see."
He moved outside again, the engine warm now but fine to handle, and he leant down to examine it, trying not caress the workings of the sports car any more than necessary- it was a monstrosity, after all, a beautiful and irresistible monstrosity.
