Alexander knew exactly how he liked to spend his time, and considering that he hadn't been asked to use his weekend to do anything nefarious in order to keep Moretti's plans running smoothly, then there was really only one thing Morgan would have occupied his leisure time with. Morgan flashed a secretive smile in answer to the question and replied, "Senator Taylor has a very nice yacht. So yes, it was a weekend well spent."
He smoothed manicured hands over the delicate silk blouse and closely tailored pencil skirt he was wearing, meticulously smoothing away any wrinkles that might have formed while he was sitting.
"You must have enjoyed your weekend as well. Especially if you are taking someone to La Ambassade," he said as they moved toward the hall and then Moretti's office, obviously fishing for details to questions he hadn't asked yet. Morgan knew Alexander well enough to know that he must have found someone he wanted to impress if he was bringing them there. "Do I get to know for whom I'm buying a a gift? And just how impressed you wish them to be?"
