"I tend to be able to do a lot of things faster than most people."
He stood still at the edge of the rooftop, looking back down to the store now and then. Seeing the man being hauled out through the broken glass and placed into the back of the squad car, he held back a laugh as he watched the woman's wild gestures while she gave the police report. It was getting harder and harder to describe the odd occurences around Axis with so many supers popping up. He still grinned at the sight though, sometimes it was fun to be the fastest man in the world. Gave you a sense of power that couldn't quite be compared.
He looked back to her as she answered his question and he gave a short snort as he attempted to hold back his laugh, quickly covering it up with a series of coughs that had two chuckles hidden amongst them. He slowly pulled his hood down, revealing more of those statuesque features and slightly shaggy brown hair. He definitely looked like a college student still, but he also had a sort of refinement about him. He liked to attribute it to the fact he would have graduated this year. But most just chalked it up to his advanced IQ.
"Stanley. You know that vigilantism is dangerous, right?"
He had offered his hand as he told her his name, an oddly casual gesture considering the situation they were in currently. The (formerly) hooded man and the amateur superheroine. He liked to think that he was smarter for staying in the shadows and keeping his powers secret. But to be honest, the girl's purpose and bravery caused some part of him to be intensely jealous..though he didn't even know what it was he was feeling at the moment.
