He offered her that same smile, though there was an edge to it that few saw. Of course it might be the fact he could feel even the skin on his arms heating up, attractive women tended to have that effect. He stepped past her and only broke eye contact when he had gotten beyond her frame. She could probably smell the faint hint of his body spray, the aroma of rare leathers that he had found rather pleasing. Probably because it was so subtle.
He made his way to the back room and found the tower, slowly rolling it out as he lowered to one knee on the ground and began to examine all of the wires. Hm. That shouldn't be like that. He wasn't exactly trained, but the fact was that he could apply his basic knowledge exponentially through his rapid thought processes. So, he just kept going over what was wrong and right..figuring out how it applied to what he was looking at.
Once he found the problem it was a simple matter of working at it, but he had to keep it at a normal pace. So, a few minutes would have to pass while he rerouted the cords and wires and reset things. Looking back to the tower, he moved to use the small computer on the top of it and began to cycle through the necessary programs to get things back up and running.
