He felt the corner of his lips turn up a bit at her words, weeks upon weeks keeping his head down on the few blocks near the hotel and being cramped up in that room had been taking its toll. His eyes moved over her briefly when she looked at her sleeves, his eyes moving back to her own when he flexed his arms a bit and glanced back towards the room.
"Really, I wouldn't mind at all. I'm already getting my expenses taken care of and it won't take but a few minutes to get things fixed. You'll save some cash and I'll feel a lot better, I've got a few tricks that tend to get the job done better and faster than most."
Well, apparently he had jumped into the game with both feet and so they were here now. He honestly wanted to get the damn internet fixed so he could check the progress of his work, though the screen had already went blank with his old school's logo floating on the screen lazily. But the thought of the two of them (alone) in the back of the shop had an increasing appeal to it.
Either way, he didn't think sitting here in the middle of the cafe with no internet was going to get anything accomplished. Which was not at all his style.
