The questions had gone... well, not exactly as well as he'd hoped, but when Richard spoke to the press it really had to be expected that something would go wrong. Even so, he was glad when the majority of the press, and the students from ASU filed out. He hadn't noticed them before, but he had been busy willing the ground to swallow him up as Richard tried to take chunks out of that reporter, and failed. But now they could only wait till the story was aired, and hope to heaven it was at least slightly favourable. If not, well, they were going to start damage control now, right now, and Richard was going to go home and not speak to anyone at all if Edward had any say in the matter.
He didn't of course, but Richard had gone missing, probably to follow Aiden Adams and try to get a private interview, although Aiden was the sort to laugh in his face regarding that sort of offer. Still, there were still one or two people about in the conference hall, and if Edward could speak to them, to get a measure of their thoughts... well, hopefully then Alistair Lane and his co-host would not rip them to shreds.
"So, what did you think?" He asked one young man, who he'd notice watching Richard from the very beginning of the press release. "I hope my colleague didn't color your opinions too much." Edward added with a bit of a smile, prompting, he hoped, a positive answer.
