If it were possible, he would have handled every part of the business himself but even with a board-room full of loyal and devoted assistants he was normally awake for 96 hours at a time without sleep. And without the stimulants he took he knew the business wouldn't do as well as it did, he wouldn't got as far and he almost certainly would never handed over Davide.
