I finished the assignments early, so they are already on their way. If you do not receive your assignment at the e-mail address listed in your request, please let me know ASAP. If you think I've made a mistake in your assignment e-mail, also let me know. I checked and double-checked everything as it went out, but you never know! Please note that some of you may only have one choice of fandom to write in, depending on your recipient's request.

If you have any additional information to give to your writer, or you want to put a note to your writer in your journal, now is the time to do it!

Remember that all fics are due on March 15th! If you are not going to be able to complete your assignment, please let me know as soon as possible, so that I can find a pinch-hitter. If you drop out after March 10th, you will not be eligible to participate in future exchanges.

I'm officially extending the deadline for exchange sign-ups until the end of today, January 16th! A lot of people just found out about the exchange, and I hate to turn away someone who wants to participate. So if you're just happening along on this community, please feel free to sign up anytime today!

Good news! A flood of new sign-ups came in yesterday, and the exchange is on! I will be matching up participants over the next few days. If you have any additions or clarifications to add to your offers/requets, now is the time to make them. I'd prefer that you do this in the form of additional comments to your original request at this point, just so that I can keep track of what changes have been made. Watch your e-mail for assignments on or before the 20th!

Welcome to axial_tilt 2008!  This is a multi-fandom, PG fanfiction exchange culminating at the vernal equinox.  Sign-up is open until January 15th.  ETA: Deadline extended through January 16th, midnight EST! Fics will be made public on March 20th.  

Writers in all fandoms are welcome to participate.   We do encourage you to try to bring others along from your primary fandom(s) to help ensure you'll get the gift you'll most enjoy.  It is helpful if you are able to offer/request at least one "major" fandom, but it is not required. Keep in mind, however, that if we are unable to pair you up as a reader or writer, we may need to contact you for additional fandoms. Requests may be made for slash, het, or gen.  All fic must be rated G, PG, or PG-13.

All your new fic is welcome, and please also feel free to archive your older fics here that were previously housed on LiveJournal, including fics that were written for the original exchange.
