Hiii everyone, it's Amy, back again with my second character and probably one of the people I get the most into writing - Effie Trinket.

For those of you who aren't familiar with Hunger Games canon, Effie was employed by the Capitol to work as an Escort to the tributes from District 12 - basically acting as a press liaison and manager alongside the mentors. She was, in the past, very in line with the thinking of the Capitol and very willfully ignorant to the atrocities that were being committed against the children of Panem. Her feelings had just begun to truly change when her tribute - Katniss - basically blew up the arena and Effie was taken into custody.

I have done a lot of head-canon writing that can be found in her journal if you want to take a look but basically she's spent the past five weeks or so being tortured for information by the Capitol. At this point she is recovering from a poorly splinted broken leg, and has all but lost her hearing. I'm sure once she's had a bit of time to heal and sleep and probably just calm down a little she'll be back to criticizing everyone within a fifty foot radius but I also think she will be more open to...friends?

Anyway, lines! And if any of you know anyone that plays Haymitch or one of her kids please let them know I'm offering brownies, first born babies, and pretty much anything else they want! I'm not above bribery.
