A Run-In Who: Vianna Arryn and Dayne Baratheon When: Oh, sometime in the morning Where: Oh, somewhere in the Red Keep Rating: PG ---> ? Status: Closed
The day was warm and Vianna had choosen a light cotton dress in the colors of House Arryn. Her blue and cream skirts swirled about her legs as she walked the halls of the Red Keep. With half the court away, she'd found herself bored beyond belief. She contemplated traveling on to Summerhall, but by the time her entourage arrived, the tourney would likely be over.
So instead she'd contented herself to spending her time making Kaelyn mad. Just her presense alone was enough to irritate the Hand's wife, but Vianna had been far pushier when it came to seeking ways to spite the woman. An off-handed comment there, an insult here, all casually given as though Vianna couldn't fathom speaking to her any other way.
She paused for a moment to press her hand against the cool stone wall of the hallway. She was forever getting lost in this seven-forsaken place. It was far larger than the Castle perched at the top of the Vale's mountains. And every hallway looked the same, every stairwell winding down to floors she hadn't known existed. "Curses again," she muttered under her breath, wondering if she should press forward or just turn back.
