I have delete and readded all current characters to the communities and wiped the mod friend list and readded everyone. If anyone is still having problems accessing the comms, please comment here or poke me on AIM.

Every character should have invites for all three comms. If any of your characters are missing them, just poke at me!

Yay! Two new peeps!

Ok so this is Alyson, or as her regulars know her Sydney. She's a vampire who currently works as a dancer for Gone Girls and an escort for Paramour Escorts (which is mostly online save for their small office they're renting from Gone Girls). On the surface she's outgoing and personable, but it's all an act. See before she was turned she was an empath and the embrace... well it kinda fucked her up. Now she can only feel emotions on the extreme spectrum and all the rest is an act. A couple interesting things about here lets see. 1) Any cinephiles interested in old black and white movies might recognize her from a few of the silent films she was in back in the 20s. 2) She has a sire and BFF/'brother' (he was turned when she was by the same person so 'brother') are out there somewhere and will be in the wanted soon. 3) She tends to 'adopt' strays. People who she really likes and she has a connection with (basically people who bring out the high emotions in her one way or another). It's not (always) a sexual relationship and she tends to mother and treat her charges very well. Right now she doesn't have any. She's been in town for a couple years not but hasn't really connected with anyone on that level.

Next is Domino (Felinecharm. To lazy to link). He's a Cougar/Panther/Mountain Lion Shifter (it's all the same animal but people know it as different things). What can I say about Domino? Well first he's new in town, having just moved out from Seattle. The only thing he's manged to do is secure a job at the bar as a bartender. Domino is very flirtatious, loves to have fun, doesn't know (or care about) his limits. He'll try anything once, or twice, or three times. He does have an ego but, thankfully it doesn't always show. However it is what drives his decisions. Yes he is a very sexual being and while he may not care if there's anymore to him than that as a player there is. He's also into music and can sing, play guitar and the piano. A few other important things. 1) He is here under the supervision of a family friend (this role is not taken, free for any character in game who may want it or if all else fails I'll 'wanted' it). This family friend (of his mothers) helped him get the apartment and job and basically is reporting back to his mom to make sure he doesn't kill himself (he kinda OD'd before) 2) He is the middle child of five and the only boy. His elder sisters are shifters and his younger ones aren't.

Because I just can't get enough of dysfunctional relationships, I've picked up Madeline Reynolds, the maybe-soon-to-be-ex-wife of Marcus ([info]recourses). She's also Holland's tech interpreter.

Madeline's a geeky nymph who needs all the lines. I'd love someone for her to flirt with, really get the hubby going.

Hey, as you probably already know from the mod intro post, I'm Ink and yes, that is not my real name but if I told you, I'd have to trap you in a coffin, throw away the key and bury you underground in cement. *Cheshire smile.*

Anyway, I have Booker here. He's the leader of the Virgina pack. He was once the beta of the old pack but was forced out by the alpha there, of course, those that cared for him enough followed him back to his hometown of Portland and they started a pack here. A long time ago. He's a fun guy, kind, giving, he is well off but to take up some of his time, he's a cop. He has guilt issues from his past concerning his wife, son and immediate family being killed in a feud war. idk, read his bio. Usually I'm good at explaining my characters, but today I feel like crap lmao

Basically he's a good, fun, playful guy with some issues and could use lines or just threads. :D whatever floats your boat.

HEY everyone. It's me Taylor. I come to you with a new guy, Aidan Ambrose.

He's 176 years old and was born in London. He was born by the name of Christopher, grew up in a poor part of town and then took over his father's business when his brother's went off to do other things. He was married, had a son, took care of his sister, too, until one day his family was attacked by vamps and Aidan got turned. His wife, sister, and son, were taken and he has no idea if they are dead or were turned as well (hehe potential lines right there). He never met his sire again after that and basically spent years and years hopping around to different places until he eventually changed his name and became a detective--which is hilarious because he still feeds on humans and being a cop makes it THAT much easier to hide his tracks. He's just moved into town and taken a position as a Major Cases Detective.

Due to the whole being alone forever thing, he's kind of a self-sufficient guy who doesn't really care that much for other people. He's not very nice and can actually be super rude because he just doesn't care. He also kind of thinks supernatural folks are way superior to humans. Aidan is really just a severely scarred man. Most of his cruel exterior is a result of the traumatic experience that was becoming a vampire and losing his family, and then spending decades alone with no one who really knew him. He’s just an emotionally sensitive guy who doesn’t trust the world around him and this results in him being callous and gruff.

Looking forward to plotting and doing some fun stuff with this guy!

Heylo lovelies!!

Tis I, Irish, back again with, not one, but two new characters!!

The first is Lila Danielle Callahan. A natural born hunter, her entire family has been known as "Back Up" in the Hunter community for generations. They're the ones you call when things get too hairy for you to take care of yourself.

She's blunt, has a devil may care attitude and really just doesn't give a shit most of the time. As far as she's concerned, she enjoys her job as a hunter and others consider her a little twisted.

She's closest two her best friend/partner in crime/part time lover, Lena George. These two have been inseparable since they were young children. The two of them are ridiculously close. She's equally as close to her older brother, Mitchell. While the two of them don't sleep together (because that's a line they refuse to cross), they're so close that they've been known to make others uncomfortable.

Both of these characters are playable, as well as Mitchell and Lila's parents. Lila will only have been here a couple of months at this point.

The second of the two characters is El Paso, Texas born Eden Mackenzie "Mack" Durant.

She spent her younger years under her mother and father's tutelage, learning Spanish and sign language. She was adopted as a baby and didn't find this out until she was sixteen and had her first change.

When her boyfriend proposed to her, she revealed her secret to him, which led to him attacking her out of fear. Not once, but twice. Because if this, she decided to pursue a career in law enforcement.

Eden, known as Mack to her friends, is basically the mellow type. Relaxed unless she's working on a case, in which the intensity she can sometimes reach is scary. Any other time, she's the type that likes a good beer and a good round of sports.

Eden transferred to Portland two and a half years ago so she needs some set lines lol.

She is a sweet, happy-go-lucky 19 year old student at USM, majoring in Art History. Hello peoples of The Awakened Years!!

My name is Irish and I am brand new to your neck of the woods. I bring you the lovely werewolf, Angelique Mieke van Detta. She's originally from England and was the Beta in the Faoladh pack located there.

As per orders from her Alpha, after seeing her becoming restless, he sent her to Portland to expand their pack in the States a year ago. She's a feisty little thing and enjoys her time with her books, her fish and her... weapons? Oh yes. Did I mention she also happens to be an assassin/thief/mercenary for hire when she's not working as the owner of Recycled Reads?

Hello all! I'm the newbie. My name is Taylor and I'm so excited to be joining the game!

I join you with this guy, Oliver Young. He hails from Seattle, WA, but moved to Maine back in 2011. He works as the Head Librarian at USM and is a total workaholic because he's nerdy like that. He's super sociable though and loves to be around people! He is a witch and specializes in potion making, specifically healing potions. He also has some nature-based abilities, like being able to manipulate earth and water as well as having a super basic ability to feel how an animal is feeling/calm it down/stuff like that. He's pretty advanced with his potions but the other stuff he's only so-so. He also has a younger sister (a line I'd love to have filled btw!)

So anyone who has anything to do with USM probably knows him or has at least seen him around, and as a book reading, coffee drinking member of society, if he's not in the library he's probably in the New District at a book store or coffee shop.

Second is Elizabeth Martel, French-Canadian who is just moving to the States for graduate/Law school. She's a siren, a bit sarcastic, pretty rich, and generally just very much not US born and bred so she can be a bit condescending at times.

Hi lovelies! Lara here. I was hoping to introduce both my characters at once, but life keeps getting away from me so I will do my first one now. this is Thomas Littleton and he's a detective of homicide. I would love to work out any back/current story with him if you guys want!
