Berlin, Germany - Helmut Zemo has escaped from a Berlin prison this morning. Zemo is behind the bombing of the Vienna International Centre that took twelve lives, including King T'Chaka of Wakanda.

Perimeter guards and security cameras did not show how he circumvented security measures. Subject is considered armed and dangerous. If sighted, call 911 immediately.
