Everybody BUT America's Ass
Ok so we have the 4th coming up. That means drunken mishandling of explosives. Burnt hotdogs that we swear taste great. AAAAAAANNNNDD....Rogers' birthday! What's he going to be now? 172? Whatever. The guy could use a party, and after everything that's been going on in our collective noggins, we could use to blow off some stress, too.

So let's have those ideas! I say we shut down Brooklyn and host an entire borough bash.

Done and done. Anything else you need? Pep's caterer was pretty good but I bet Cap would probably be more of a low key hot dog and beer kinda guy.
