Hi everyone! After the mods talked about it for a bit, we're actually going to tweak our activity rules a bit. We've noticed the general trends in how active people are, and decided that asking for as much as we do every month is starting to get arbitrary; characters either hit the threshold exactly or they far, far exceed it.
What we're actually going to do is knock the 5th net post off of the activity requirements. The rules page has been edited to reflect this. The same rules for activity with logs applies (1 log/2 other pieces of activity), but if your character doesn't have a log, they only need 4 net or comm posts instead of 5.
For December only: It's the holidays, y'all, and we're getting down to the wire with Christmas (and Hanukkah) and the new year is coming up. We were going to tell you guys way earlier about holiday rules and just... uh. Forgot. (Oops.) Activity this month can either be 3 net/comm posts or 1 log.
Honestly, most of you are either almost set with the regular rules, or you'll have made activity now that the rules are lowered. We just want to make sure you guys have as little pressure on you this month as possible. For anyone who didn't take a pass last month, that's also still an option for the end of this one; for anyone who took the activity pass or was on hiatus for November, we do expect that our reduced activity rules be met for December.
