As we can all see, Ryker's Island is officially busted wide open. Every single registered superhero in the city has been called on to help contain the flood of newly released convicts. There is a fuckton, and no matter how great their efforts are, some baddies are always going to get away.
The city will be in straight up chaos over the weekend, and continue to be extra dangerous for the next few weeks as the bad guys try to go back to their old territories and stir up old troubles. Official orders to the registered heroes is to capture if possible, kill if necessary. This is one time when unregistered heroes are of no concern to the police.
So! This OOC post is for everyone to hop in and plot for their threads. We suggest that everyone throw in at least one character, but it's not mandatory as long as you have everything worked out.
