Okay! So we're a little belated with this post thanks to a busier weekend than I anticipated, but we've got a couple things for you guys.
First, happy Memorial Day! We hope that everyone ges the appropriate amount of cookout food and alcohol for their individual experiences.
Second, activity check will go up on Saturday, May 31st. Characters accepted on or after the 20th are only expected to have two pieces of activity, and those apped on or after the 27th are exempt. I think you're all doing pretty well, actually, so I wouldn't sweat it. But if you're missing some activity at this point, that leads me to...
Third! I'll be putting up a group thread momentarily for New Avalon's Memorial Day cookout. No one's obligated to tag in, but it's a party, so everyone should consider tossing in at least one character. :D Seeing as this is a holiday, it's fair to say that some people's parents have shown up for the festivities, so feel free to write them in!
Fourth! With graduation coming up, the senior students who make it through activity will be moving out of their dorms! We're actually going to be tweaking the housing rules soon, so keep an eye out for that.
And fifth, although we DO have a gamewide plot we're going to toss at you once activity check gets underway, we want to come to you to see what YOU would like to see! We're mostly looking for any kind of silly plots that you'd be interested in, but also what kinds of gamewide plots interest you the most, so we can cater our plottage to you guys. Things like body or powerswaps, truth plots, love plots, etc. are on the table if you'd like them, and we're working behind the scenes for a political plot, a Ryker's breakout and a Big Bad are coming up if those thoughts excite you.
The one caveat we have is this: no musical plot. Please no musical plot. The mods really hate musical plots, so we reccommend not asking, because we'll say no.

Sorry to blow up everyone's feed, but I had back-to-back character apps again. :D Bear here with #4, Eve Blaire!
She's the daughter of Dazzler and Longshot. She's lots of fun, promise! Eve works as a stuntwoman for TV shows and movies - you've probably seen the back of her head a thousand times. She's also a SHIELD operative, so that's fun (she's the info-gathering kind, not the murder murder mayhem kind). She also really wants to sleep with meet Olivia Wilde, so if anyone can hook her up, do it.
Since Eve only went to the Academy for a year, and hasn't lived in NA for most of her life, I'm hoping to find most of her lines in-game. But if you might have a connection to either of her careers (e.g., she worked on Other People's Heroes with Mark, and she's been in SHIELD for over a decade) let me know! She needs friends and whatnot like woah.
