"Pretend you're reading this," she suggested before remembering who she was speaking to. "Well. Or keep reading the same page and pretend you think it's interesting," she corrected, slipping a quill in his hand. Stepping back for a moment to analyze the set up, she worked off memory alone to recall if she was missing any details. "Can you show a bit more leg?" she requested innocently. It wasn't in the reference painting, but he didn't have to know that.
